Uithoorn is a suburban place outside of Amsterdam. The fast fooder opened here in 2016 a new chain. It has taken years before the construction was started and one had hoped for a different destinatioen. Soon it became certain: a fast built chalet had to come to earn its business by offering its produce and employmency to the local youth and others. To anyone willing to queu at the take-away counter of global uniformity, to collect over-wrapped content of doubtful nourishing value against hunger of an immense ecological footprint.
